My passion is to help others get out of their physical and mental burnout in the medical field and get paid what they deserve.  No more lousy yearly raises, and working OT or another job just to have money for retirement. I’m trying to rescue people from the corporate system where you could be fired any day.   No more working long hours, missing time away from your family, and working with less capable people who get paid the same. I want them to truly help people like they intended as a medical professional.  I want them to become a Medical Maverick.  I want to build a community of leaders that can duplicate a process and not themselves along with helping people get healthy from the product.
